From our Montepulciano Piandimare nascono quattro vini:

Piandimare Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Blue Label: blue just like the sea that during summers and winters help us mitigate the temperature. Grapes: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Piandimare grapes. Lunghe fermentazioni sulle bucce. Svinatura e maturazione per almeno nove mesi in acciaio e 6 mesi in bottiglia. Un vino schietto che non scende a compromessi proponendo la qualità e la cura riposta in vigneto. Gli aromi varietali del Montepulciano ci sono tutti, lunghi e complessi. Un piacere quotidiano.

Piandimare Villamagna Doc.

Piandimare Montepulciano D’Abruzzo Monolith: Grapes Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Piandimare grapes. Long fermentation on the peels, with temperatures up to 30°. Racking and aging eighteen months in steel, six in barrel, and six in the bottle. Intense color with ruby red shadows. The acidity brings the fruity flavors to the palate, in the finish you will taste aromas of vanilla, tobacco and licorice.

Piandimare Maja: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Piandimare grapes harvested at the end of October. Long malolactic fermentation with controlled temperature. This is our great tribute to our land and to the Majella mountain. A persistent wine with many nuances and a good acidity. Elegant and complex, aged in small barrels of French wood.

Montepulciano has often stayed in the shadow of wines such as Chianti, Brunello or Amarone and could not find its own space.
